Firecracker Penstemon is a beautiful perennial that loves full sun. With bright red/orage flowers, this plant attracts hummingbirds. This low maintenance, drought tolerant plant blooms winter through spring. Mature size is about 2ft by 2ft. Remove spent flower spikes after flowering in April unless harvesting seed.
