Collection: Mulberry
A mulberry is a type of fruit that grows on a tree belonging to the genus Morus in the family Moraceae. There are about 10 to 16 species of mulberry trees, most of which are native to Asia, but some also grow in Africa and the Americas. Mulberry trees are fast-growing when young, but slow down as they age and rarely exceed 10 to 15 meters in height. The leaves of mulberry trees are simple, often lobed, and have a rough texture. The fruits of mulberry trees are usually black, white, or red in color and have a sweet and juicy taste. They can be eaten fresh or dried, or used to make wine, juice, tea, jam, or other products.
