Citrus - Lime - Kaffir

Kaffir limes are used for the leaves and oil to enhance flavor in several types of cuisine including Thai and other Southeast Asian foods (including curries, soups and salads).  The fruit has a rough, bumpy, thick peel with a strong lime aroma.  Fruit contains less juice as it's the leaves and zest that are valued.
