Improved Meyer lemon is sweeter than most standard lemons. These are great for baking and as additions to lemonade and juices. I’ve even known a few people to eat these straight! The tree is a good producer. It’s cold hardy a bit shrubby. The fruit have a thin yellowish orange rind. The flesh has an orange tint to it, some seeds, juicy and acidic. I taste a bit of orange in the flavor. It’s a great lemon if you love baking!
